Lenovo Approved Refurbished products can be recognised by the condition code L added to the end of our part number. For example if the new product number is 20XW002BUK, the equivalent Lenovo Approved Refurbished product will be 20XW002BUK-L5

Our highest quality refurbished product, these systems are usually indistinguishable from new. No visible marks on plastics or screen
Grade A
Excellent condition. This product will have some minor marks on plastic/case but no marks on the screen
Grade B
Good condition. The product will have slightly more usage marks which won’t affect use and machine is still fully functional.
